“This hotel is dated and could use a freshening up. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included but needed some fruit.”

“It's a functional hotel. The staff is helpful. The room we were put in had some issues (fridge was totally dead, A/C didn't work very well, light in the bathroom flickered). They offered to move us to a new room but we didn't realize the AC couldn't keep up until overnight so we declined to change rooms for the fridge issue. So it's a case of "there may be some issues but the staff is very helpful in trying to fix things for you." I was given a couple of discount cards but they have to be used……

“My review may appear to be all over the place but that’s the way the hotel was. The room was clean and updated. We were on the side of the Interstate and there was some road noise, but we had a sound machine so we were fine. The check-in was fast and friendly. The pool was not open yet, bummer! The hallway needed a good carpet cleaning and didn’t smell great. Not a good first impression. The breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast with hot items. The price of this hotel was really……

“Any time you stay at a Hampton Inn and Suites you are at the best there is!”

“The staff are wonderful. The elevator & hallways could be kept cleaner. The breakfast was hot, lots of variety & the breakfast area was clean. Daily housekeeping has to be requested. The room was clean, but the hotel shows some age. I do not think it was a $200 a night hotel, but I had to stay there due to a family event so that’s what I had to pay. ”

“Had to ask for a shower curtain, the TV did not work and they couldn't fix it, the bathroom floor was wet in the morning, there was no soap in the soap dispenser, the bathroom door had initials carved in it, but other than that it was great.”

“Brand new facility. Very nice rooms. Comfy beds. The continental breakfast was great! Staff is super friendly. Would stay here again!!”

“The bathtub did not drain. There was no soap provided, so bring your own. The furniture was stained. The mattress needed to be replaced. There was a chicken coop right outside the window. The rooster started making noise at 5 am which went on for a least 2 hours.”

“During the night 3 trains went through the area with horns blowing and rumbling May have been the atmosphere that night I stayed or I’m a light sleeper But not much rest The hotel itself was fine”

“It was a cut and dry stop, but the Non-Smoking room had a musty smoke smell as if it was at one point a smoking room. We aired out the room and slept fine but it took a bit to get used to the smell.”
